Aspen Homes Ltd. is a family-run business that has been building homes for over 35 years and counting. President Frank Sich has over 50 years experience with a Canadian Journeyman’s Status Interprovincial Certificate in carpentry. Frank’s skill includes supervising on the job site as well as building and completing any and all aspects of a new home (everything from installing a new basement to building custom cabinets). His expertise, knowledge and work ethic are critical in ensuring that all tradespeople keep the workmanship at the highest level possible.

Family and Locally Owned

Frank’s son, Wallie, has worked for Aspen Homes Ltd. for over 30 years and is capable and knowledgeable in all areas. He excels in customer service and individualizing people’s homes tailored to their specific needs.

Both father and son work well together and complement each other. Both Frank and Wallie pay attention to detail while always keeping the big picture in mind.
